Anyone able to identify this plug in engine bay? Pink connector

I recently have been doing some work on my r53 and came across this plug hanging out, and I can’t for the life of me figure out what it goes to. I’m hoping maybe someone will recognize it!

The wire runs out the bottom of the framing that holds intake box and what not. Seems to run down the frame rail.

I appreciate any help provided

96% sure that goes to the level sensor on the drivers side control arm.

I wonder. Which headlights do you have - halogen or xenon? If you don't have xenon, this may be one of those cases in the gen1 cars where every car got some of the parts to make most of the options quick and easy to install. Like one wiring harness for all r53's with all of the connectors to make all of the optional extras work instead of 6 or 8 different harnesses. If you have the halogens, then you wouldn't have the sensor because (I believe) they do not self-level.

I bought the car with aftermarket headlights that seem to be some Amazon johnnies... Based on my basic knowledge of the car, it didn't come with the xenon headlights. I'd bet your suspicion is correct.

If it has aftermarket’s, that’s a pretty safe bet. Easy enough to know for sure though.

run the vin on mdecoder.p website amd get the options list/ build sheet.
