Might help a tiny bit, but I run the 60532 on my 17% pulley and OEM crank and 0% alta. It's tough to get it on until it stretches with use. Then it installs without issue. No belt slip afaik.
I've heard 60535 is also an acceptable alternative to the 17% but could result in slip, so I avoided it. I would think it would be ideal for your setup....
Well an oem belt worked! Wtf. One of those pulleys is not right. It barley went on and it shows almost the second hole on the belt tensioner tab, one whole one is showing plus the space in between them.
The stock belt is almost .75 of an inch longer than what is called out for this set up.
soo not the car turns over but no fuel coming from pump 🤣 lol
The K060539 is the JCW (11% SC pulley); would think that would fit better than the stock S K060535.

Would suspect the idler; frequent enough failure item, maybe a previous owner swapped in something else (muh BMW spares stash) 'in a pinch' or maybe a replacement alternator or AC compressor had the wrong pulley swapped in from a rebuilder.

Maybe your car is trying to tell you something about the impending future of that

I have a new fluid crank pulley, and new idler pulley from ecs tuning.
The fuel pump issue was due to not having enough gas in the tank and the front end being lifted up, also I believe the timing is off slightly because it started and died but a rough start.
I did not measure the alternator or ac pulleys, so it must be one of those. At least I have a belt for my jcw 03 hahaha.
Going to dig into the timing issue this weekend, and try again.
It should be made a sticky for all. But I am going to close the drive access as its my private/teacher drive. But would be nice if @IB Trafficking Posted the file here again as a sticky.
