Bluebus bluetooth mic question

Hi folks,

Somewhat of a longshot, but wondering whether anyone has installed a Bluebus unit into their Gen 1 -

https://www.bluebus.dev/

It's an i-bus Bluetooth unit that connects to the CD changer plug and provides OEM-like Bluetooth integration.

Reason I'm asking is that I'm trying to figure out how best to add a voice microphone to the setup. I-Bus equipped BMWs all seem to have preinstalled mic harnesses, but Gen 1 Minis seem not to have a harness available. Ideas appreciated. Many thanks

Mine just arrived today, getting ready to install it here in a couple days in my R52S.

I chose not to mess with the microphone or phone connections, even though Ted said it was possible. Just planning to use it for music. Should be a whole lot simpler than the mess of cables I have now to connect to the AUX plug.
