Auxiliary driving lights template

I bought a new set of oem auxiliary driving lights for my 08 R52 but the kit was missing the templates for mounting. Can anybody that either has them or knows where I can download a pdf from it would be greatly appreciated. Or if I don't need them and where to position the lights. The directions are kind of hard to understand. Thanks for the help. Mark

Resurrecting an old thread here, but did you ever find a copy of the template or can anyone else provide one? I know the part number should be 01 00 0 150 961, but it seems to be long NLA.

Thanks, that is the issue I've found - the template is not really included in the instructions. Maybe I could enlarge the pixelated template graphic in the instructional pdf as a rough guide. I'm looking at buying another R53 which already has the rally lights installed, but I'd like to convert the grill to the mesh JCW style, should I end up getting the car. It would be nice know where to cut into the grill per MINI spec.

This is all I’ve got. It might be what you were already trying to work with.

Here's a PDF I made of the tracing of the cutout from the template. It might help some people. Use at your own risk. Adjust your print properties until you have it printing 1:1 scale with your grill.
