Maintenance

Hello,

I will be removing my subframe to change the lower control arm bushing plus power steering pressure hose. Is there anything else I should change while I have the subframe down?

Thank you in advance

The sway bar and steering rack bushings are really only accessible with the subframe out.

I would replace the inner ball joints, steering rack bushing, and sway bar bushings in addition to the control arm bushings.

All bushings and ball joints for sure.

maybe the oil filter housing gasket? I can’t remember now if that is easier with the subframe out, I’d think so.

good time to do tie rods also if you need them

Correct me if I'm wrong here. Can't this be done without dropping the SF? I only ask because I'm about to do mine as well

I've done my oil cooler already, without dropping the SF. I was referring to the tie rods
