Loudness of the Milltek Header/CAT

I already have the Milltek exhaust with resonator on my R53. Looking at replacing the header with the Milltek. However I am concerned about how loud it will be. The video's on youtube don't really give an idea of the volume level in cabin with the windows up. I am aware that noise level is subjective. Just curious what some owners of the full system think. Thanks

IMHO, with the resonator in place, you should be fine. It will be more "authoritative" but not objectionable.

I have the full Miltek exhaust and no center resonator and love the sound! It’s no loud by any means but you do hear it. With a resonator it would be pretty quiet

I’m pretty happy with the way it sounds. It’s not an obnoxious sounds, sounds great. To be honest the supercharger sounds louder when I’m on it.

Locally, I have a buddy who’s into powder, ceramic, and cerakote. These are cerakoted.

Is that more of a durability standpoint or reducing radiant heat? Or both?

I did it mainly for heat reduction, time will tell on the durability. I haven’t seen any road damage yet.

Looks good underneath! Tip: paint the back skidplate also in black
