Just received an email from my dealer saying the car has been assigned a truck, but not left yet the VDC. He's guessing I might be able to pick it up Thur. PM or Fri. AM. :smile::smile::smile::smile::smile:
Now the last few days of waiting.

She is Chili Red with the white top/mirrors. Anthracite trim, premium package, chrome line interior. Space gray/panther black Clt interior.

I'm happy that your car has arrived, but I feel bad that you couldn't get it today, when the weather in Cincy is nice. I hope the heavy snow misses us. If it were me, I'd consider having the car flat-bedded to my house rather then drive it home from the dealer through all of the ice/deep snow/salt/frozen crud that they say is coming.

Actually we are buying at Downtown Mini, in Orlando. We looked at Cinci a few times, but rather buy then drive it down (and we weren't ready to buy at the time) we are getting it here. I saw they are supppose to get a lot of snow over the next few days. Cinci is always on the line for weather. It could be rain on one side, and snow on the other, but the line seems to go through Hamilton County. Hopefully I'm done with the snow and salt. It ate through my truck brake lines a few months ago. All the lines had to be replaced.
As it is, they are calling for a chance of rain here on Fri/Sat/Sun. Might get her and get rained on right away.

I remember the day, Veterans Day, 11/11. I sold my truck then went down to order our Mini. I think it came fast because it already allocated to the dealer. Another person was trying to decide on a MCS or a MCSC. Since they drug their feet in deciding, I was able to order. I think they might of wanted a MCS but was then they were trying to decide if a C was a better fit for them. Either way, I'm glad we went when we did. If the car hadn't been already allocated, I'm not sure how long it would of taken.
