The wait is finally over. I lost sleep last night thinking about it.
Here's the bummer: I have a research paper due tomorrow and I haven't even started it yet!!! I tried to get some of it done last week while I was in London but to no avail. Can we all say PROCRASTINATION! Oh well, at least after tomorrow, I will have all the time to motor on.

I have to say while I was in London, I saw so many cool cars. I wish the states would realize the practicality of driving smaller cars.

Congrats! That's great news! Here's to MINIs and procrastination (when I was in college I was the reigning queen of it)! And also here here to smaller cars. I was next to a huge white Escalade this morning on my way to work.....it makes you wonder why cars have to be SO HUGE.

I have a confession to make. I used to drive a full size Chevy Blazer. Now that I've converted to the Church of MINI, I have their headlights right in my rear view mirror! Bend, Oregon seems to have a lot of jacked up trucks (rednecks) and the new Hummer H2's (ugly brick with wheels) so I feel pretty small in the world! Here's to feeling small!!

Now I'll go say my 15 Hail MINI's while driving around the block...

BTW: While in London last week, I saw a Lamborghini get a parking ticket!!!! That was one of the highlights of the trip only because living in SoCal, too many people think they are above that sort of thing because of the car they drive.

My first trip to London back in '89 I actually took a picture of a Mini, who would of thunk that would end up with me getting MINI ME?

200th Post!!! Now only about 900 or so more to catch LMini.

I'm in SoCal. Arcadia to be exact. I'm sorry that your car is still waiting to meet you. Hopefully you'll get your car really soon!

The car drives so well. I can't wait for the break-in period to be over. I have no gripes with the dealer. They did a great job and my salesman was very accomodating. The only thing is that I don't have my Nav CD yet but when I got home this evening, I already had a confirmation email telling me it had been ordered and it was sent Fed Ex 2nd day. I thought that was really cool. I got a t-shirt as well. #137 although, I was not really 137 probably somewhere between 250-270.

Ok...I really have to start that paper!!!!!!!!!

Don't fret the paper... I have Finals next week and I haven't even OPENED most of my textbooks, let alone read or studied. Somehow I still get Bs and Cs. Congrats on the Mini! Hope you love it as much as we love ours! Now, EVERYBODY DANCE! JANET RENO's DANCE PARTY! YEAH!
