Creaky doors - solutions?

My 06 R53 hatchback has the world’s most creaky doors! Every time I open or close them they sound like a crotchety old man (I’m also becoming one because of it so eventually won’t be able to tell if it’s the doors or me!) Anybody have the same issue and a possible solution? The Indy repair shop owner that I go to who is all about minis said there is no solution. I just don’t think he’s come across the solution is all.

Spray the hinges and the door stops with lithium grease. Worked for mine.

That little black hinge thingie mid door is the culprit. Pull out the rubber boot guide and fire a shot of liquid wrench in the hole then work the door back an fourth a few times. Mine's starting to need another treatment as well.

I believe that’s where noise is coming from. It’s not the metal hinges so this sounds like the solution. Next creak to solve after that is (I think) my rear Eibach sway bar.
