Stole my Mini car cover...

Checked on my MCS today and my Covercraft Noah car cover is gone... I am extremely ticked off right now. Some low-life must have taken it between Tuesday night and Thursday morning when I checked on my Cooper. No telling what I would have done if I caught them in the act, but I'm sure it would have been a felony! I live in a single family residence with an attached open carport in an affluent area, so I never bothered to purchase a cable lock for it.

If anyone has a like new Mini Cooper cover for sale, drop me a line. Thieves always forget one lesson about life here on planet Earth: What goes around comes around, but you don't know when....

Man, that sucks! Karma will take care of it, though, I'm sure.

aahh...that sucks

I always use chain and lock whenever I use MINI car cover.
I purchased mine from MossMINI, but not as nice as yours though.

I know. I am an optomistic person by nature, and truly believe 90%+ of Americans have decent values and ethics. My next cover will be not be top of the line and will be cable locked when in use.

Yep, I got mine stolen twice
That's why I bought cheap one from MossMINI, it wasn't the top of the line, didn't come with bag, but I had left over from prev. cover.

Sorry to hear that those bums who stole the cover might be a MINI owner

Next time put big letters and numbers of your address on it

You are correct. My next one is going to say "This cover is stolen" in spray paint...

Sorry to hear about his.

If you car cover says" This cover is stolen" then won't your neighbors call the cops on you and get you hauled off?

Maybe better to put your license plate number or "property of Speltzer" on it.

Could it have blown off in the wind? If so send the hounds out to get it back.

oh no!

Was it windy at all? I've seen car covers fly off...the pad lock also
keeps the cover from going airborne.

well, I would feel better if it accidentally flew off rather than thinking
that some kid stealing it...

No, it was not the wind. Thanks for the tips guys. I am buying a generic car cover from Costco for $38. The medium size will fit. And a cable lock!
