Anyone ever deal with Classic Auto Campus?

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone have ever deal with Auto Classic campus and could comment on their service and email response time? I send them an email few days ago for a price quote but haven't hear anything from them.

Thanks,
Andrew

For MINI car sales, contact Julie @ classic

For parts contact Brian at the MINI parts counter

Either of them or someone in service can be reached by calling 440-205-6464

Call them. They're great people, very easy to deal with. I bought my car from them as well as a few other stuff from the parts department, just give them a ring.

I second that

I've dealt with Classic Auto Campus a few times and they're very good with great prices if you mention NAM. But call them if you want a response, don't email them.

I agree, give them a call. I've bought a few items from them, and it was worth the money spent on the call...

Thanks guys for all your helps, I got a quick reply from Julie @ classic mini and she forwarded my request to their parts dept. Somehow the emails I sent to bmwparts@ classicautocampus.com has just disappeared. Hope they will fix that soon.

Classic MINI rocks the house, hugely recommended for everything. Julie rules, and the Service team is top-shelf too!

I have to agree with all that has been said, My mini is at classic right now waiting on the paperwork to be finished and the truck to pick it up and bring it to me.

Julie is excellent to work with !

Consumer Confusion

I'd be careful guys, I think some of you are referring to "Classic MINI" - a MINI dealership, while the original post was about "Classic Auto Campus." I got parts from the latter. If you check the Sponsor Dircectory on this site I think you'll see they are two different, unrelated companies.

Cheers.

Classic's parts department is da shizznit. Brian there is extremely helpful, and parts get shipped pronto. 100% recommendation from me!

Actually they are related. Classic Auto Campus is actually a collection of 19 dealers owned by the Classic Auto Group. Classic MINI is the MINI dealership that is part of the Classic Auto Group and Classic Auto Campus.

As mbabischkin said, Classic MINI is part of the Classic Auto Campus.

If you go into the sponsor directory there are two sections for classic because they run different ads to promote MINI Sales and MINI Parts.

We ordered our car through Julie at Classic with almost 100% email communication. Her response time was top notch, usually within the same day. She stayed late and picked me up at the airport with only a couple hours notice to deliver our car. You can't ask for any more than that.

AFAIK the cars are still selling at MSRP, so if you want a price quote just head on over to www.miniusa.com. Keep in mind there is a $500 price increase for cars built after 1/1/05.

Brian at Classic Mini is "The Man". Whatever he's getting paid, it's not enough! I have always received excellent customer service from the Parts Department at Classic and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

In a world of BMW/MINI parts departments that don't seem to give a sh**, Classic is a breath of fresh air.
