I know that some have had problems with their MINI dealer, and some feel they are treated as second class citizens.
But many of us have had nothing but good experiences.
If you like, sound off:
I love my MINI dealership because when I had a warning light come on for the second time, they drove a BMW more than two hours to me to drive while they took my MINI to fix it. (Dreyer Reinbold, Indianapolis)

I have nothing but praise for the staff of Lauderdale MINI. Yesterday morning I took my MCS for the software update recall and I was in and out of there in about 1 hour. Prompt and professional service received from Mr. Lamont Thomas.
I even got a free "Cooper S" hat for visiting!

I have had nothing bt good experiences with the two dealerships that I have delt with. The first, where I purchased, was MINI of Murrey in UT. They have always been professional and helpful. I still use them to get parts and such, and they mail them directly to me within a day of ordering.
I'm about 300 miles to the closest dealer, so thats a big help. The second dealer that I deal with is Desert MINI (?) (the one in vegas), I have had all of my scheduled services, warenty issues and minor repairs done there. Again, always helpful.
So lets have a couple of
for the good dealers out there.

I love Roadshow in Memphis because they really took care of me after driving seven and a half hours to get my car.
I love Jackie Cooper MINI in OKC/Edmond because they're giving us free stuff to give away as door prizes at our Christmas party next month. And Jackie Cooper's mom's name is Minnie.

OK , since nobody has mentioned MINI of Peabody(Massachusetts)yet, I'll sound off:There is a reason this is the largest volume dealer in the US, these guy's are AWESOME! Can't say enough about Gary in service, and I think the MA's are incredible(Hrach owns 13 minis!) From the top on down this is a good group,Two thumbs up! Jock

I'll second the praise for MINI of Peabody! Great experience buying the car, and my MA (Brig) lives in the same town as I do and picks up the car and takes it in for every service (gets free beer in return). Everyone there really goes out of their way to make owning a MINI a pleasure.
My dealer,MINI of Winnipeg has been great. They are very fast at getting me in for service and warrenty work.A nice Beamer loaner if I need one.I can go into the service area and talk to the tech.while he works on my car.
If it is going to take less than a hour I wait, and the dog is more than welcome to hang out and shed all over the showroom

Global Imports mini of atlanta was ok, I felt that they were nice and friendly, and just and overall average dealer. (save for the $15 dollar installation fee of the floormatts)
which of course, were dropped after some social debate. I will be making a trip back in the up coming months to get a replacement 05 mcs, and do not have any worries about any probs.

I'm probably in the minority, but I am starting to like MCM. They seem to have addressed the "second-class citizen" issue and the new service advisor Jacqui is quite nice. I did take roughly 1.5 weeks to solve my issue, but I had a PW/B (which my wife loved) and today I have a cool blue convertible, too bad it's rainy and cold, but I kept it open anyway
. I just wish they would stock parts since most of the 1.5 weeks was waiting for parts and finding that wasn't the one to fix it.

I have to say, "Hats off!" to MAG, of Dublin. I live about 80 miles away and they are friendly, and try to get me in for work when I call. And, like others have stated of their dealers, I also have gotten nice loaner cars [new Jetta, new 3-series BMW], for when I've had to leave my MC for a day or so. I'm VERY pleased with their service!
Cincinnati MINI has been great from purchase to service. Although, I have only had to have routine service visits as I have had no problems with the car.
My Motoring Advisor (Amy) was friendly and very helpful. Most of the process was done through email and she was quick to respond to my miles of questions.
My Service Advisor (Maryann) was efficient, friendly, and helpful. Plus, she handed my wife and me the keys to a nice Cool Blue MCSC to enjoy while we waited.
Cincinnati is a little over an hour drive for me, but worth it.

Because they pick and deliver my car at no fee. For any reason. (And it's been back a lot!)
Drop a loaner with enough lead time.
And Mike Dito was a terrific adviser when making the purchase.
MINI of the Hamptons.

Red

The service department at New Country MINI is the reason why I would buy another car from them. I get the best treatment I have ever received from a dealership. After 2 years and 38,000 miles without a single penny coming out of my pocket, what's not to love?
Last winter my door handle froze and killed the battery. Towed in and fixed the same day!! Beat that Honda.

D&R in Indy
Have nothing but good to say about Dreyer & Reinbold in Indianapolis!
The MA group (Jim, Carrisa, Rhonda), sales manager (John), and service writer (Kevin) have always been top notch to deal with.

I have to give kudos to Mini of Nashville! Jeremy Furlong, the guy I ordered from, and Larry the finance manager are top notch guys. They went out of there way to help, gave me free floormats and even got me a discount on my wife's Mini.
