As far as I know, you cannot. Others may have trick to do so, but I am not aware of anyway to do this other than taking the bumper cover off. It's really not that hard, just regular screws and torx screws.

It'll be easier to do the work with it removed. Removing the front bumper doesn't take too much effort or time. We have a great step by step below that can help you tackle the job if that is the route you decide to go.

If you have any questions let me know.

I'm a realtor, I'm sure you can get it off, lol. I took my entire bumper off, disassembled it, had it refreshed at Maaco. Came out great.

Between Bernard B's first two pictures you can see just about all the holes where the bolts/screws are that you have to remove. The only ones not showing are those inside the wheel wells. There are a couple of push tab type fasteners along with at metal screw that goes vertically up into a plastic bracket.

If you are not comfortable removing, the bumper, get some blue painters tape, some old newspaper and take your time masking off to paint.

Has anyone Plasti dipped their fenders? Mine are starting to go a little grey and I was toying with the idea of restoring them with some matte black dip. Thoughts?
