HI all- I know I haven't posted in a long time but I am starting my collection of mini stuff! I have two models one is red with a white top and the other is BRG with a white top- plus lots of pictures and cutouts of minis all over my room
What kind of fanatical displays do you collect or display??

Hope everyone is doing well!

Jeanna

ps. I am planning another event-
You'll want to keep your calendars open!

I have a Maistro 1:18 scale Cooper in Silver/black, a KiNSMART 1:44 scale Cooper in Silver/black and a Hotwheels Cooper in Yellow (Gold?)/white. They are all on my desk at work so I can motor at my desk. I think I'm actually going to buy some Hotwheels track pieces and make a loop-de-loop for the little Cooper. Hee hee.

i've got a motormax 1:18 red mini cooper, and i searched ebay and bought 4 hot wheels minis (3 old, 1 new)... one day i had called to my gf, who was in the room, "hey, come in here! this is sooo cute!" she came rushing in, expecting to see my baby sister or the cat doing something... she was somewhat disappointed to see the hotwheels mini sitting on the roof of the bigger motormax mini... but it was really cute...

Mini mousepad and cool mini poster from a company running a "win a mini" contest. Also the mini pins and mini keychain. Obviously "girlstuff"!

I have a 1:18, a 1:24, and a 1:43

All three are BRG with white roof and mirrors, I have to paint those black so that they will look like mine.

I spent a long time looking through Wal-Mart yesterday for a matchbox or hot wheels MINI but with no luck.

Hey Yucca, if you have a Sam's Club near you, they sell GORGEOUS 1:18 diecast MINIs for only $9.87. The brand is Maisto, you can also easily find them on ebay but not at that price.

Really nice diecast, you can even see the brake calipers.

I have the Maisto 1:18 Silver/Black Top. 1:24 Tyco RC, and a 1:24 model from a kit which I built. Needs to be painted.

Woah! Jeanna welcome back!!!

I have been looking for the hot wheels MINI in stores, but to no avail....
I have a scale model exactly like my MINI and then my MINI magazine articles, and then I also have a bunch of stuff that 2Minis sent me that I keep with my collection, too. The automotive advertising manager at my work gave me a pen the other day with a little black MINI on top that you can take off and it moves when you pull it back and let go....REALLY CUTE!

Hi,
Just bought a Mini Cooper by Maisto 1:18 Silver/Black Top at Costco for $9.98 (actually bought two). I couldn't pass up a good deal.

My friend surprised me with a model Cooper that's BRG/white with bonnet stripes. It's an "official" one sold by MINI and it's in a nifty black display box. I saw model BMWs at my dealership that are just like it. . . what scale is that? It's about three inches long. The hood opens, too.

3"? Sounds like a 1:44. The 1:18 is about the length of a can of pop.

Ok...I have a number of classic Mini cloth patches and lapel pins. I have a Mikasa crystal classic mini with the interior sort of frosted. I have a postcard (framed) of classic minis racing. I have a Hotwheels classic Mini and a Hotwheels MINI Cooper on my desk at work.
Oh yeah...I also have a sterling silver charm-bracelet style classic Mini on a chain around my neck.
A couple of classic mini t-shirts ("Mini Cooper S - Rules the bends, never bends the rules", "Twin tank touring&quot. I'm sure there's more that I can't think of right now.

my toy is an R/C Mini. it is made by Tyco, and is about the size of an average computer mouse. it is actually quite fast, too fast for my apartment. it was cheap, like $15. so for $20 i got my R/C Mini and enough batteries for me to chase my dog for days. it is very fun, i would reccomend buying one now. i got mine a Target, i havn't seen them anywhere else.

(by the way. it is pretty indestructable. my dad drove it down a long flight of wooden steps, and i can't see any damage. i also gave in to the temptation and sent it down the steps, once again with no damage. it is invincable!)

I have all of the stuff they send in the welcome package at 6-8 weeks. On my own, I have all of the Maisto die-cast. I also have an Indi Blue Hot Wheels that's a bit heavier than the Maisto versions. The Hot Wheels also have a spring loaded door. I have found several of the tiny hot wheels (Yellow) minis, but have been unable to find the older model anywhere but Ebay.

I got a die cast too. Not sure of the brand, but the BIG problem is that it came in a set. A MNI, with a...I can't even bring myself to say it...ok, here goes....a BEETLE!! UGH!! I can't believe they would put those two cars in the same package!

I also have the MINI RC car that they sell here at the dealer. 1:12 scale. That thing is quick! It's alot of fun to play with.

I also have alot of stuff out of the Motoring Gear Catalog.
Track T-shirt
Thermos Mug
MINI Disc Gear
Compass Keychain
Sandwich Cap
Couple of pins

I also have every MINI ad that has appeared in the magazines in the last year.

And, because I work at a dealer, I have a few really cool things you can't buy. A steering wheel keychain, with the MINI logo on the front with the roadside assistance number on the back, a thermal mug with the MINI logo, and our dealer logo on it, and a MINI Financial services mousepad and pen.
