Just replaced my son's Camshaft Position Sensor...05 MCS....started up great....ran awesome....next day had a strange lob to its idle....went back over my work.....if THIS grounding bolt is loose it'll cause all kinds of wierd stuff!!
Yep we talked about it here, some people bust the mounts.

The older part is rubber coated. 12427792130
The newest part number is

If the post is damaged or the terminals are not clean and bolted down secure you will have no starts and electrical issues.
Also when some people replace there belts / engine mount / or purge valve they forget to reconnect this.
