If you don't know what the code is how do you know it's misfiring is it running noticeably different if I were you I would first go to auto zone and find out what the code is then go from there they'll read the code for free
The "list of things that can cause a misfire" is very long (basically anything that can affect spark, air, fuel, or compression, which is most of the engine). Gotta get the codes to narrow it down.
Otherwise I suggest replacing every part in the car one by one until it goes away
with the amount of money spent at parts, could have been saved by getting a $40 code reader. most misfires caused in our car is the coil pack. typically post #3 corrodes. you've already replaced that and still getting "misfires". if everything spark related has been changed. clearly its not spark unless your plug gap is like .010''. the code reader will tell you exactly which cylinder is misfiring (if it is at all)
having the code would definitely help in the diagnosis
There are several codes for sensor #2 (the post-cat one). P0138 and P0141 usually mean the sensor is shot. P0136 or P0137 can be a symptom or cause, depending. What is the actual code that was pulled?
P0300 Random Misfire
P1109 Manifold Air Pressure Too High In Deceleration
P1242 Secondary Upstream Manifold Air Pressure Sensor Too High in Deceleration
P2300 Ignition Coil A Pri Ctrl Circ Low
Sounds like your BPV isn't opening and you're boosting when you shouldn't (both the pre and post SC sensors are reading high), running it lean. Check your vacuum connections and IC boots. Check the BPV itself, it might be toast.
Last one says ignition might still be a problem, but tackle the other three first.
