What part number or name HELP

part number for that cap/flange. seems that hole is for water pump for engine w/o a SC.

that cap is rusted and don't hold the water anymore.can be replaced or I need to fix that one.

cover plate p#11111487594
Dont forget the gasket P# 11111487596

The plate is likely fine, just need a new gasket (o-ring)

+1 some more info here , they can get a little nasty looking around the edge then leak.
