R50/53 Engine bay degreasing
Engine bay degreasing
I'm about to degrease and clean up my engine bay. I'm wondering if there any areas I should be careful around or put a plastic bag over. Taking a look around, there doesn't appear to be anything that could be damaged from the degreaser/water. Just want to be sure I'm not about to soak something exposed I can't see from the top.
Some good info in this NAM thread here and some more for suggestions to watch out for here. Some good info on products here as well with my suggestion of the In & Out Spray.

Please watch the engine bay electrical, take your time, if you do pressure wash, you have to be very very careful. I would not do that unless you done it before. If you can get a small brush it helps.
