New 2005 MCS starting before and after pics! How did I do?
So I purchased a 2005 Mini Cooper S with just over 24,000 miles a few days ago and started the first phase of modding: tinted out the windows and added carbon fiber wrap to the roof, intake cowl, side mirrors, gas cap, rear chrome piece and I removed the stripes.
Ordered the 16% supercharger pulley upgrade and air intake kit arriving next week and will continue blacking out the remaining chrome and wheels!
Here are a few before and after photos:

Looks great man...I have an 06 brg with low kms also 43k kms. Do you have some close up pics of the roof and mirrors...is it gloss carbon fibre vynil? Im thinking about doing my roof and mirrors chili red on the brg or carbon fibre wrap, not sure yet. Heres a pic of mine.
You might start losing some detail when blacking out the rest of the chrome and wheels, but with vinyl and plasti-dip it can always be removed if you don't like it. Without some contrast it might look like a dark blob.

I'll take a few close up photos for you this weekend, more of a gloss carbon fiber.
