How rare is this interior trim?

My 06 MCS has the same interior trim as the one in this photo.

The dash trim and door panel trim is gloss black with the circles on the right side of the dash.

Over the years I have not seen another Mini in person with it.

Piano Black dash. It's not common but I've seen a few over the years.

MINI Seven interior parts, pretty rare. The MINI Seven was a special edition in Europe.

The "Seven" Piano Black interior trim was a $200 option (4AN) available for the 2006 model year.
