R50/53 I give up!
Sorry - did I just read that you screwed the bolt through the puller? Assuming that was a typo. Sequence goes 1 - bottom out the longer bolt 2 - attach puller (arms) to the pulley 3 - thread pointed bolt that came with puller into the puller and against the longer bolt 4 - turn slowly until you are getting some pressure 5 - gently tap the puller bolt a few times 6 - keep wrenching on the puller bolt - gonna need some torque - but don't go full gorilla 7 - once it starts moving keep turning the bolt Take it all off
No, I have followed the instructions from Pelican. I no longer have a viable way to attach the puller due to a broken tap in one screw point and a stripped second point. My three claw puller dosent fit. The claws are too thick. I have tried everything and still no luck.

I think you're at the point where you either have to adapt (by grinding) a pulley puller to custom fit your application, or succumb to bringing in a professional to do the job and be done with it. You may find when this is all said and done that some nitwit used red loctite to permanently affix the pulley to the shaft.
did you read this post?!? You will need to grind the puller claws down in order to get a decent grab. It's not going to be easy.
