Part number ID help

I need your help. I have been searching RealOEM for the front mounting hardware of the intercooler cover on an 04 R53 JCW. I have gone to the dealer and what they give me does not match what is on the car. It looks like I have a really long nut/spacer that is missing. Can someone tell me or post a photo of the front mounting hardware so I know what I'm looking for?

I could not find that diagram anywhere. My R53 was built 09/03. If you look at front right corner of my cover you see the black bolt that goes down through the top. If you look close to the bottom there is a silver tall looking "nut" that no one seems to know anything about. I need the bolt and nut. I'm wondering if the previous owner lost the hardware and just came up with a solution. Thanks for the help!

That long tube bolt (silver ) comes on the intercooler: Not a separate part. You can see it at the top of the intercooler bracket.

Number 3 is the support brackets: 17517511947

#4 is the bottom bracket with a bonded nut. 17517515798

Jerry at EuroTechs was able to provide me with the parts that I needed. Thank you Jerry!
If you are ever in the Phoenix/Tempe area and need a MINI mechanic stop by EuroTechs. I've taken my car to him several times and am very happy with their work.
