Recently came across this wonderful 2006 R53 in Pure Silver over black leather. She is a real beauty. Just under 26,000 original miles and from the original owner. Six speed trans, premium package, HK sound (upgraded to Kenwood stereo with sub and Bluetooth) and heated front seats. Mods so far are NM 17" lights in black, Forge intercooler, Alta intercooler boots,15% pulley, K&N intake, M7 strut bar and Borla exhaust. It's a hoot to drive. Will take it to Jan for a tune soon. Rear wiper delete, black belt line, red brake calipers and a few other cool bits. JCW gauges and Craven phone mount. Just need to work out the suspension and brakes and a few other small things and she will be done. Just wanted to share.

Thanks guys. I'm sitting here researching suspension like the looks of some Cross coil overs, 19mm rear sway bar and some adjustable links in the back. With a good four wheel alignment it should be on rails I have installed the power-flex control arm bushings already. This is going to be expensive

That looks great, congrats! I wish I could have bought mine with all the mods installed. It's nice to have some car projects to work on, but the cost of parts really adds up.

Great car, enjoy

No doubt. All I've done so far are the wheels and tires, a few cosmetic bits, M7 strut bar, power flex control arm bushings and some serious detailing. All the under hood mods were done with the exception of the M7 strut bar. Had the kick azz stereo. Now I need to work out the suspension. All in time. Fun stuff!

Nice ! I definitely took it for granted that my first r53 purchase came with a few of the "must have" mods already done. My current one was bone stock. It's hard to keep a balance in my PayPal anymore lol.
