Trading in the mini
I know that is how some of you feel but this new car the Scion tC is one hot car. and im gana get 2k more then what i owe so im in the good as far as that goes, the tC will have the TRD S/C and some other TRD stuff, i was looking at the figuers and the tC with the TRD stuff will have as much and mabe a little more HP then the JCW mini S. The tC weighs in at 2900lbs and its a bit bigger then the mini but not much heaver. leme know your thoughts. thanks

I have a co-worker that went to go look at one. He said they look 10 times better in the pictures and commercials than in person. He told me they look really cheap inside (plastic toy look). But everyone's opinion is different.

Scion tC is a GREAT option!
I will have to argue the "cheap plastic toy-like" interior..... Are you sure you are not talking about the cheap plastic toy-like interior of the MINI. MINI has an interior that challenges a daewoo rental.
Just kidding.
But to slam the tC interior when yours - MINI - is equally cheap and toy-like.
The tC with the SC Option is one fast lil bugger.
This is a vehicle that can hold it's own and for less $. The upgradeability is immense and will cost less that trying to pump up a MINI.
The styling is well thought out and appealing to the "target" audience.
I can see the tC as a vehicle that will possibly slap a JCW MINI and Slap it hard.
Don't degrade the guy who wants to trade your beloved brand in for what he feels is a better option.

It seems to be a nice ride...much different than the MINI.
I'd liken the comparison to Boxster vs. S2000. Both great cars, one European and one Japanese, with the Japanese one being less expensive and having a little less character but better reliability.
