Looks a lot like my car!!
Those 16' rims (R84 OR AKA X-LITES)are the lightest of the 16's...so very nice to have...makes the car feel nice...many folks run 17 S-LITES...VERY HEAVY....can make a mini feel more truck light...less nimble.
Look closely at the pulley...factory is pressed steel (black), aftermarket is usually CNC steel with bolt holes....many cars have one...and the owners might not know it.

Depends....
Pulley is all about adding hp....cheap and easy...but a universal puller will not work...get a mini specific puller or plan on cutting off the factory one...
Choice of 15% 16% 17% even 19% is best left up to how the car will be used....
17% if you commute and don't rev hard is good, but if you like redline pulls, a 15% imo is a better choice.
Intake is MOSTLY about sound....but great sound...the sc whine!!!
Be careful....be sure it is a real cai....some cheap unshielded ones are just hot air intakes...hai...work ok on a base, but not so well on the s...just too much heat.
Exhaust...mostly sound unless you get a header....but for about $50-100 you can "one-ball" a stock s...Thst is remove the resonator....very mild sound increase, no drone..weightvsavibgs...very popular. For about $600 you can get a pretty decent midrange exhaust.... Some may drone a bit...the better, deeper tone exhausts... The milteck/stratous are about $1000. Again...mostly sound....
Imo a bigger rear sway bar is the SECOND best thing to get....reduce understeer a bit...some go huge...but I found a middle of the range adjustable is great for the street....but some love the huge hollow comp bars...just watch out imo on slippery roads/sandy spots...snap oversteer is possible if a car is MADE too neutral....

If you post a few pic...of the exhaust and pulley...we can let you know if they are stock or not.
Judging by what I see do far...looks like a clean slate.
PS.
I Have had craven std's since a few months of buying my car....easy install...worked perfectly..no deformation.....
They are nearly mandatory with 17' rims, but craven actually said they were not really needed on 16' rims....but got them...good insurance... Potholes can be huge!!

Awesome, i'm setup as a Dealer with AFE and i see they do a CAI and well, I love Forced induction sounds. I wouldn't care about performance. You can hear my truck's turbo from 2 city blocks away when that thing spools so I will add the AFe for sure. As for exhaust, if there's no power benefit, the jury is still out on whether i like the sound of the 4-bangers screaming... I may just leave it stock if a 15% pulley won't choke it. I like to rev and it will be a DD and weekend track car so it sounds like the 15% will be a great all around choice. I'll probably do a the Bilstein B12 kit first, then look into sways as I like to feel a un-bandaided suspension prior to throwing sways on. I have gone into a corner too hot with my STI on coilovers and 23mm sways and the result was not good...
Sounds like my mod list is an STD, AFe intake, Bilstein/Eibach suspension, 15% pulley, sways, and possibly an exhaust or "one ball". Thanks for all your help. I know how annoying forums can be if all you're doing is repeating the same ***** to different n00bs all day!

Next thing i want to do is the SC pulley but I'm in California and want an inconspicuous one... Don't want any billet pulley's that'll attract unwanted attention at the smog station. Can I run a factory JCW pulley?
