radiators fans fuse

hello peoples,

i finish resistor fix on radiators fans and aircon working now - thank you everybody to help find and write fix! my radiators fans fuse 5A keep blows when aircon on 3 minute. i check powers steering fans turning okay and no garbages to grill. i see radiators fans turning and stop immediately because 5A fuse is blows. i read on outside northamericanmotoring.com website sayings radiators fans fuse is incorrect label of 5A. they says stealer mechanic says 15A on 9 blades radiators fans is correct and 5A on 7 blades radiators fans. is stealer mechanic says okay? i count my radiators fans of 9 blades. i drive high speeds and fuse not blows - stage 2 radiators fans speeds. only low speeds fuse blows - stage 1 radiator fans speeds. please help to know what is correct fuse because blows every time aircon. thank you peoples for help me. God bless to peoples!

Thank you Braminator for the detailed list above.

I was hoping someone could please help with an issue I am currently dealing with my daughter's 2009 Mini Cooper Hatchback Base. About a week ago my wife and I were driving the Mini and it showed no signs of an electrical issue. We parked the car in the driveway and it sat overnight. The following morning, my daughter got in the vehicle, placed the key in the ignition when suddenly the lights flickered on the dash and then turned off. The brake pedal had been depressed and now feels very stiff. She attempted to start the car again but it has absolutelty no power to the engine. I tried jump starting the car and still had no luck getting the car to power up. I removed the battery and checked the terminals along with the ground and there is no corossion on either. I took the battery to auto zone to have it checked and was told the battery was not holding a charge. I bought a new battery, installed it and still have no power to the engine. Now, all the lights come on inside the vehicle but I still have no power to the engine. I then tested the fuses in the engine block using a one of those bulb power probes and discovered F2 fuse (light is dim), F3, F4, and F5 fuse have no power. I checked the fuses and they all appear fine but when I took them out there is still no power to those fuses. I then checked the fuses in the passenger compartment floorboard and noticed fuse F44 has no power and F31, F32,F33, F34, and F35 have no power either. I went as far as changing the fuses underneath the fuse block in the engine bay (the FL1 60amp and FL2 80amp). Is there something that I am missing that feeds power to these fuses. I have racked my brain trying to find a solution aand have had no luck with the limited tools that I have. I am trying to avoid taking it to the dealer when I am missing something that is an easy fix.
