OEM wheels in 15 inch are is 5.5" wide and have a 45mm offset. I believe the hub is 56.1mm.

Discounttiredirect.com has steel wheels for Mini's for about $55.00 each. Also have free delivery.

The J is the bead profile (J is pretty standard) and the H2 is the hump profile (H2 is double hump).

175/65/15 is a very thin tire and the reason for the 5.5 inch width. You can fit up to a 205/55/15 tire on the rim though if you ever wanted to. I had that and it was aggressive looking. Handling was great too.
