I don't put cheap ebay crap on my MINI

 

Supposedly some of the vendors (sneeds I think) sell the adapter plate separately.

Buy the plate, buy a B&M cooler and figure out your hoses. Should be able to accomplish that for about $200 and you'll have a quality set-up.

 

Why do you think you need an (extra) oil cooler?

 

Maybe he's seeing high temp. Astro do you even have a oil temp gauge?
This oil cooler will be another additional mod to your supermodded MCS ultra JCW

 

Early R50 did not have factory cooler. If I was going that way I would get all OEM from a wrecker.

 

ya. have an oil temp and pressure gauge. oil runs about what the engine does, 160-180 if i recall properly.
