Was raining, going around a tight left hand curve, lady going the opposite direction decided she didn't want to turn and just plowed into the front/side of my car...

Total bummer! My poor mini is just demolished, but both my son and I are perfectly fine. After finally getting out and looking at the damage, I gotta say, the mini is really designed well!!! It totally did it's job. Sacrificed it's own life so that we were perfectly safe... Sigh... all black, cooper works package... no more...

So this other ladies insurance will totally cover everything... does that mean they will buy me a new mini w/the cooper works package? I guess I'll find out more tomorow...

Before I totally go off on a rant, it was raining, i'm sure the roads were slick, and I know the lady didn't mean to just drive into my car... BUT OMG!!!!!!!!!! Ok ok, I'll shut up... The mini is just a car.... My son is perfectly fine... Gotta get my priorities straight!!!!!

Sorry for the waste of bandwidth... just had to *****!

So sorry to hear this! Glad your MINI gave its life to save your's!

The great thing about totaling a MINI is that they will be happy to build you a new one!

Glad your priorities are in the right place, but it does suck to hear of a fantastic MINI biting the dust. . . .

Then again....there a chance of running into one at the local junkyard......you never know when you'll need that spare engine or gearbox.......or tail light......

Wow Abel, that's terrible... I'm glad you and your son are ok. I was wondering why you hadn't responded to my e-mail - I see now you have been "distracted."

All black... JCW... Hmm... I saw a car just like that a month or two ago in a Ruby Tuesday's parking lot in NJ...
