There are so many MINI owners out there, and the board by it's nature gives voice to those who are having problems. I haven't seen a thread like this in a long while, so here goes:

If you're very happy with your MINI post it here. If you're not, there are numerous posts that you can add to, or start your own. This thread is for every newbie or lurker who reads about someone with a bad MINI and starts to question their own decision to buy a MINI. If you see that response, point them here!

I, for one, am VERY HAPPY with Peanut! As you can tell by my sig file.
Jan '03 build, delivery mid-March '03. One year old and 21,500+ miles so far!

I'm very happy with my 2 '03 MCS, one with 18K miles, the other with 20K miles, one highly modded, one stock. Have been on countless "meets", autocrossed, done track days, in otherwords, they ain't babied!

Graham and I have only travelled 3500 miles together so far, but it is the best, most exciting car I've ever owned. He sometimes looks in the windows at me (from the cold and snow) and says "when will it get warm so we can go places." It makes me want to cry just thinking of him out in the cold all alone. Well, not quite, but almost. My wife calls him my piece of cake (the white roof as frosting).

WOW!! It is good to see that the posts so far are mostly from people who have had their cars a while. I too, am very happy with my MCS. I've had him about 13 months now and almost 11,000 miles. We just got Webberized recently and everytime he sees a smooth stretch of winding road, he just goes nuts!!

I will be taking mini me in for his first service in the next couple days. And I'm so very happy with him I want to have twins. I wouldn't trade that car for any other, unless it was another MINI. My wife and I spend a few hours each week talking about what we should do next to it. We enjoy doing things to make him more personalized.

My MINI was at the dealer for warranty work 10 or 12 times in the 1st year of ownership. Now I've done it

My 2003 MCS has 11,500 miles and counting.
The first year was great with few problems and two dealer visits. Not bad.
Since then I have had a bunch more visits with more warranty work to do.

Overall I'll keep my MINI and I am happy with it. Nagging problems can be frustrating but the driving is just simply so responsive and fun it's addicting.

After a month and a half I'm very happy with mine!

I'm just unhappy with the run-flats and fading breaks

Awesome car and I'll repeat a post of mine on another thread....".....Yesterday..... I enjoyed my MINI and it is UP ON BLOCKS...."
The car has not said "boo". Love to drive it, wash it, clean it, work on it and look at it.....

26K miles and still smiling.
I'm also surprised at the fact that even after more than a year and a half of ownership, strangers still compliment me on my car.

I got a base cooper, no extras. I cannot imagine anything being more fun for $17K. It is a premium small car. I have only one complaint and that is that the dashboard rattles when it is below freezing outside. I am really happy.

1 year and 8 monthes. 32,000 miles. I've never experienced as much joy driving a car as I have with this one.

Yes, there are those times when I start thinking of buying a different car but that car is always another MINI with premium package for sure and S maybe.

I've been in mine since Nov. 1 2002. Despite the cracked windscreen, the boot latch rattle and a dozen other nominal quirks, this is the coolest car I've ever had. Best of all, 18 months after I bought it, I still think it's the coolest thing on the road.
So color me happy.
