Dave -- super post and i'm thankful that you've posted this letter to MINI USA.

although i'd like to believe that they will come to their senses and realize that they're gonna lose customers w/o fixing things on their end, something tells me that MINI USA won't do much about the problems we've had in hawaii as i've already been told that they don't have much control over the dealerships because they are franchises. hmmm, i guess if sales go down dramatically in hawaii, that might be enough to prove that they're messing up. we'll have to wait and see.
