Hey guys I have a 2006 Hyper Blue R53. The white roof is starting to show fading patches and I really like the white roof, but I am debating on changing it body color to make the car stand out more than all the other Minis I see driving down the road. Let me know your thoughts and if anyone has a hyper blue on hyper blue or something close pics would be much appreciated. Also keep in mind that my mirror caps are being changed to the checkered mirror caps.

I noticed that you have a black roof with white stripes. Do you think body color or black roof would look better on my Mini if I kept my white stripes?

 

I like the full body color I posted above. I went with the stripes because I wanted it to really look MINI-ish.

 

I plan on keeping my stripes as well. I think if I go with the body color roof the stripes should really pop.

I have white stripes but BLUE ones on the roof...now we are really getting insane!

I like the look of body color, white, or black on the roof with hyper blue (but I am very biased toward the color).

I think if you choose body color or black, you can't go wrong.

 

I say go body color roof and keep the white stripes. Most of the all hyper blue Minis I've seen have either black stripes or no stripes.

 

I love my 2008 with its body colored roof.

 

I definitely recommend the blue roof....always been one of my favorites about this car..that the roof matches the body.

I was merely showing it as an example of a blue car with a blue roof.

I like blue but my MINI is red

 

I have to say, the white stripes look really nice with the black top.
