I need to install my XM receiver and get the windows tinted. I'd love to do the intake and exahust but the warranty issue may delay these items

I'm guessing we're all a bunch of impulse buyers.....it is a Friday noon in October and I called Madam treasurer to see if I could have permission to blow $ 250.00 on a cover for my truck. she says, "knock yourself out, we're doing fine". with that, I leave work early (I had gotten in late so I wa entitled) and went tire kicking driving my patrol car/taxi (which btw is NOT a bad ride AT ALL). Looked at the Mercedes little job, the 350Z, the Infinity, went by my friendly Audi/Porsche and the only one I liked I was short a couple ten grand, and wound up at the Mini dealer. Drove one eight blocks and bought PKT RKT on the spot. Well, I gave them a deposit and went home to say, Honey I bought a car.........oooops......she got over it though.....went tire kicking with her the next morning and showed her the Merc, the Z, the Infinity....she was eminently impressed with my good (?) sense.....
