After obvious checks like fuses and grounds, it sounds like the DME (ECU) ad EWS (Immobilizer) must be resynched.
If your car recognizes the key (you get a hime when it is inserted), theen the EWS tells the DME that it's the right ky for the car and provides a ground to those to systems.
unfortunately, if for some reason they do need to "shake hands" again, it means someone with the INPA, Ediabas, or DIS program in their laptop, and a dedicated OBD to USB cable to reset it. Unless you know someone with that stuff or buy the kit from the internet, it means a trip (on a flatbed) to the dealer.
I truly hope it is much simpler than that!

would the car still turn over if the key was the problem, because the car turns over find just install used ecu same #s but same problem still no pulse nor fire has 12v to coil last dealer i took to ripped me off
If you just replaced the DME that is your problem. They are coded to the car and has to be married to the key. Even if the new DME had the same numbers on it the coding and programming in it is different. You need to buy a NEW DME to get it right and it will need to be coded and programmed.
let me start with this first i just did the cvt to 5 speed swap had to use automatic harrness and ecu but anyway everything was working great until 4 weeks went outside to leave and just turn over no start so it can get zapped just like that

Each car's DME (ECU) is matched by VIN to the key and EWS (immobilizer). Therefore, you cannot mix-n-match any of these components without professional help, i.e., somebody with the programs and equipment to make them all talk to each other. Waymotorworks and RPM Mptorsports do this kind of thing.
Even with all of your original stuff, the swap may cause your DME and EWS to go out of sync periodically because (this is my theory) the DME keeps calling for a signal from the CVT and when it doesn't get it after weeks and weeks, it responds by "unhooking" from the EWS. It must be reset, which again the average Joe cannot do.
A permanent solution is to get a whole manual trans "package" from a salvage vehicle: Keys, DME, EWS, harness, etc. or buy a used manual-trans DME and have it married to your VIN, EWS and jeys by one of the above-named pros.
