One question about the Silblades....do you get different size for the fronts? The originals are different sizes.

Thanks,

They should be exact replacement size for size. Just got mine and haven't opened the box yet so I don't know.

Yes; I got the same exact sizes . Driver side is 18''. passenger side 19''. Boot is 12''. As i said before; the front winshield was an easy fit. The boot i can't work out yet. Also i took the advice of another mco member and switched the winshield blades; putting the 19'' blade on the drivers side. It works great.

when i put the boot wiper on, i didn't use any of the adapters, it just clicked right in place. did you get the factory wiper off okay? instructions are in the manual if you get stuck.

i remember it being a REALLY HARD push to get the wiper to correctly "snap" into place.

Jomo,

Thanks for the answer, it's good to know they do send different length blades that shows Silblade has their act together. I just had the 10K service done on the MINI and the dealer replace the wiper blades under warranty, so I won't be buying a set for the MC until later. I did buy a set of Silblades for my wife's Camry, we have been getting a lot of rain lately so I'll get to see how they work and hold up before buying a set for the MINI.

So...it is better to put the longer blade on the drivers side, huh?

Thanks,

OK, has anyone besides hafid been able to snap that boot wiper into place?

i remember it being a REALLY HARD push to get the wiper to correctly "snap" into place.
Hard push indeed! I've been trying, and then got my dad to try to snap it into place, and so far no luck. Anyone have other suggestions? We're in the middle of a huge snowstorm and it's not fun driving around with no rear wiper (broke the factory one when I removed it).

Thanks!
