I live in TX, and unfortunately for me, we do not have a mini dealership but _THAT_ wont stop me from getting one. I was just curious as to what would be the best place to go for out-of-state orders. I've heard Roadshow MINI in Memphis is real good with out-of-state orders, but I figured I would ask some of you guys since you all seem to have a fair mount of information about Mini dealers around the country.

Also, when I get my Mini, where can I take it to be serviced? We have BMW dealerships, but I vaugely recall reading a post earlier where a guy paid $70+ for an oil change, and thats after buying his own oil filter. So if anybody can help me out with any of that, I would appreciate it!

I had an excellent out-of-state order experience with Habberstad MINI in Huntington Station Long Island (NY). Straight MSRP, good folks to deal with. Last I heard, they had a wide range of models on the lot for immediate delivery. Again, all at MSRP. See the Dealer Rating section for how to contact info. I dealt with Michael Dunne.

Good luck! If you're willing to travel a bit, you should be motoring (in a car purchased at MSRP!) real soon!

I can vouch for another Long Island N.Y. dealer, Hassel Mini of Freeport. See my review in the dealer rating section. Give Scott Tauber a call, tell him Marlon referred you, just think, by the time you get back to TX, the pesky break in period will be all over.

I live in Oregon and they have next to zero available cars on the lot and 2 year backup on orders. Got mine from Roadshow in Memphis. Paid MSRP. They returned every call. Dorian was my saleswoman. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They also go the extra mile. Just called them the other day because my temp tag was about to expire and I had not gotten my OR plates. They overnighted me a new temp tag. How cool!

Thanks for your help and info, I'll look on MINIUSA.com for dealers near me, I can't get it RIGHT NOW, but I am definately going to be making my order within the next 6-9 months! Thanks again everybody!
