Well dandp and myself (vdubdoug) got together today for a little photo shoot down at the beach. It was extremely windy and sand was blowing everywhere. I think i even have some in my draws...lol

Great shots. Just looking at your two MINIs, it makes me a wonder why MINI doesn't just make them just your MC and MCS right off the bat? The Sport MC and Sport MCS so to speak. Love that MC bumper with bonnet scoop.

 

This pic and the one before it are awesome! Enter it in next year's calendar contest.

I like the way the wind was blowing evrything in the background. The depth of field in the Electric Blue shot is excellent.

Yeah great pics for sure for all the MINIs. I'm close to the east coast too by DC and it looks like you guys are up in NY and NJ, by the license plates. It has been very windy for a few days now. Hope the sand didn't scratch your paint.

Dandp -- My MC CVT MINI is the same color combo as yours (IB/W). I like your white stripes with lights. Cool looking. Minihune was telling me the other day (online) that you've really fixed up your MC MINI a lot. Hopefully, I can get a chance to see it in person at some future meet. Take Care All.

It would be great to meet and see each others MINIs, but Sunday nite is not good for me, as I'm normally in bed early (9 pm or so) and up at 4:45 to start work early Monday at 6 to 6:30. I live in east Alexandria VA, and Bowie is maybe 40 miles or so, not that far, but traffic can be heavy. Monday will be heavy traffic. I'd like to take a rain check on that if I could. A Friday nite or Saturday would be best. Just let me know and I can meet you somewhere, when you are down again.
