I read the announcement from Mark in site Feedback.
I'm glad that some sort of arrangement/agreement could be reached. Seems like both are trying to allow for enjoyment of MINIs so why not work together.
No matter what the name I hope we can move forward with the same vision that Mark has for the site and that has not changed over time.

We encourage your participation and request that you respect your fellow enthusiasts in the same manner that you wish to be respected. If, when writing, you think that someone may incorrectly interpret your meaning as being offensive, please use the emotion icons to better express your thoughts.
I look forward to a new beginning ( with a huge headstart)

Congratulations Mark on the new name...I hope that the ordeal didn't take too high a toll on you personally and I hope that you can now get on with pursueing your other ventures successfully.
