Proud New Owner!

I have purchased an 06 Cooper S. It has about every option there is except the rear fog light. BRG/BRG roof. navi, sport, premium, cold weather, and convenience packages with panther black leather interior and anthracite interior surfaces! I pick it up friday so pics will be coming soon.

Hey congratulations ksminiman! Sounds like a great ride you found. There's still plenty of Motoring season left. Have a blast out there and don't plan on getting too much done this fall...

my plans for next summer are 35% tint(I know but im tired of our butthole cops in KC), a clear bra cause I travel a lot, M7 plates just to re-enforce till I replace the suspension when it wears out, auto up window chip, the JCW exhaust, 15% underdrive, front poly LCA bushings and a set of the R90 wheels in anthracite.

I think that is about all I have planned. oh yeah and a Union Jack decal for the sunroof. I cant wait to drive it home tomorrow. Purchased it in Houston, TX. less than 24 hours! Its killing me!

deff has the LSD. I didnt want the navigation but it was on the one that had all the other options I wanted. not gonna lie I like the navi not for the actual navi function but for the info i can display on it.

has anyone figured out how to tap into the computer and change the displayable items? for instance: there is consumption 1 and 2 as well as average speed on there stock. It also shows outside temp etc. My question, is there a way to put up say coolant temp and digital speed or anything else like that?

Why dont the navi cars show digital speed on the tach? it shows everything else.

With the Daft Punk Technologic song in mind...

Drop it, tint it, whip it, slam it, crank it, stripe it, black it, mod it, clean it, show it, cruise it, drag it, race it, drift it, drive it, Love It...

Clean it again

cheers

Wow!!! She is a beauty!!! I have a friend that recently bought a 2006 convertible and loves it.

I love my 2009 MCS Convertible too - so I don't subscribe to the "new MINI's are not real MINI's" sentiment. Both generations are a blast to drive and yours looks brand new!

I have to say the more I see the new ones the more I like them. I love mine though. I am ticked I got a rock chip today just below the Mini emblem on the front because I havent had time to get a clear bra put on yet. does anyone know how much MINI charges for matching paint tubes?
