Draining windshield washer reservoir

I want to remove the fluid and replace it with a better product. The stuff in there now froze @ 32f. Is there an easy way to drain it or should I just squirt out what's in there?

Remove the inner fenderwell and pop off the motor, it will all pour out.

I wouldnt squirt it for that long, you don't wanna burn up the motor.

Stuff a little plastic tube in from the top and siphon it out.

Assuming your bottle is not full....

Either go to the auto part store and buy a bottle of concentrated wash mix

or

go to the drug store and buy a bottle of denatured alcohol

or decant about a half cup of anti-freeze

and dump it in......

then the next day after driving a bit and assuming the lines are unfrozen, pump fluid thru the lines for 30 seconds or so.....

I don't see any way you're going to be able to get the water out with getting it unfroze and once you've warmed up the car to do this, then I'd just use the system to get the water out and replace with the good stuff.

You may have other issues though - cracked lines, cracked tank, ruined pump.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions !
I like the antifreeze idea. I'm not sure what you mean by 'decant'

1 : to draw off (a liquid) without disturbing the sediment or the lower liquid layers 2 : to pour from one vessel into another 3 : to pour out, transfer, or unload as if by pouring
