I was able to download the files. But I can't open them. I tried to use Acrobat Reader to look at them and I got an error message saying that the file is corrupted? What am I doing wrong? Should I open them with a different program?

While we're on the subject, I sure wish the MINI USA site would put the 2003 manual online. How different can it be from the old (2002) manual?

Vincenzo,
I'm not sure about the "Owners Manual" but the "Unauthorized Manual" is a zip file.
You will need to unzip it before you can view it.
Also.... I've got both files on my computer. If anyone has trouble with the downloads, I'd be happy to send them via email.
Happy Motoring,
SW

You might need to download the latest version of Adobe. I had that happen a few days ago with an Adobe file (not the MINI manual), I downloaded latest version of Adobe and the file opened. I think you can get it at http://www.adobe.com.

Thanks! I love the unofficial manual. I even learned a few secrets about my MINI that I didn't know (like the secret hiding place for the key!)
