I've read people getting an automated information line when they call 18662756464. I just get a message that they're closed. What number are you dialing to get automated info?

I've gotten the automated line everytime. Just wait until after they say they are closed. If you don't want to wait, just say "vehicle production status", wait a couple seconds, then say the production number or last 7 of your VIN.

 

Just tried it...doesn't work for me... oh well!

This auto response feature is supposedly activated on a "regional" basis only. While I was told it will eventually be "rolled out" to all US customers, apparently this is not yet the situation.

 

Well now I guess I'm NOT crazy! It's not "rolled out" to the NW yet, at least not Washington state!
