This is for those who already have their Mini cars. Maybe this is also a bit presumptuous, but my question is this:

Have you gotten any surveys from BMW or other car buyers listings on how your sale went, dealership, car etc.?

I know I've received about 7 surveys since I bought the Miata and was just wondering if it's Mazda or if this happens to others too.

And also, ... if I have to look forward to more surveys in my future once I get a Mini?

Took delivery on my MCS on 7/19 and just a few days later, got a survey by email from MINIUSA. Fairly general questions. That all I have heard from them...
Still waiting on my "Owners Package" as well...

MINI USA called me a few days after I took delivery. That's a bad time to call because you just got the car, so of course you're happy. If they called me now, I would tell them about all the crap I've had to deal with and poor service I've received from the dealership where I purchased it. But, they haven't called since then, so I sent them some lovely letters.

I got a phone call from MINI about a week and a half after delivery.

In the package you get the roadside Bingo cards, a motoring journal and pen, funny signs to hold up to other drivers (like Put the phone down and drive!), and some other liitle things. It was a nice surprise. You get it a few weeks after you take delivery. You should also get a keychain, t-shirt (if you're one of the first 300 sold from that dealership), and mints from your dealership. Fun stuff, but I think I'd rather they spend all that money on training a BMW tech at each BMW dealership to service MINIs!

I got a phone call from MINI and from the dealership as well as an e-mail from the dealership . The dealership making sure I was happy and if I had any questions now that I had the car for a week and MINI doing a standard survey. I've been expecting a call about the service I had performed on the car but they have not called.
