Welcome!

According to NADA, $19375 full retail. The mileage is good, brings up the value a lot.

I would also say at least get a 2004 if not an 05. Simply less problems. Read the stock problem reports. Also 05 has better gearing.

i've seen it in person when i was looking for a car; it's in excellent shape and totally loaded, for a pretty good price

And don't get sucked into the aftermarket stuff people throw on their cars. The are worthless on resale and people will want to get their money back. Go to galves.com and find the true auction prices for cars your interested in. I think its $5 for one day access. Then you will know what dealers are truly paying for the cars and can upward for their profits.

Looks like a very clean car, not that bad of a price either. The only thing I'm not sure about (if you are located in California) is the ALTA Cold Air Intake (CAI). I have one, and they are great, but they do not have CARB certification (that I know of). So it may have to put back to stock (or something with a CARB sticker to register it. Should be the sellers responsibility though.

Just a thought,

Nik

the seller would be responsible for providing the valid smog cert, so probably not that big of a deal, especially since it looks like a used car dealer

Nik, your MCS has 146k miles?! that is quite astonishing! how's she running?

Better than the day I drove it off the lot . Its been great, hardly any issues at all. Original clutch, supercharger etc. (I do have a brand new supercharger in my garage waiting to go on when this one fails, only supposed to last to 100k )

that's a ridiculously good deal. only thing is that it's a pretty heavily modded car, so might ride a bit rough, might not be the most gentle daily driver, also no backseats. can you live w/ that? go check it out in person, can't hurt. you need to look at at least several cars
