Is this how ppl drive on the Dragon?

Learn how to drive your car, learn the roads you drive, and don't be stupid.
Take this as a lesson on how not to drive.
See how he didn't keep the line on the turns, not like it couldn't be done. Glad he looks OK, and, well, at least this can serve as an example to others.

I don't think it was an e-brake turn,
I think he crested and lifted, or crested, and put too much power down. Either way, the corvette driver was an idiot....
Wonder what made the cloud of white smoke as he stopped? And I can hear the explanation to the insurance..... "well, this big squirrel just JUMPED into the road in front of me and I swerved to miss it......."

White smoke was probably the transmission or differential fluid on the exhaust pipes (tranny is in the back on C5 and C6 vettes). That impact likely broke at least one of the housings.
It almost looked like he was TRYING to get it sideways...not smooth at all.

You can see (and actually hear) the guy gas it right before the hit. I still have no idea what he was trying to accomplish. A drift? A big surprise for someone who might be coming through that blind turn? The good thing here is that he did not involve anyone else in his stoopid move.

So where are these people, heck just follow them and you look sooo good without having to do any actual work while driving, just be sure not to pass through the debris field.

1 MINI totaled on the highway just south of Detroit on the way down.
1 MINI totaled, I think? during the TSD rally on Friday.
1 Miata totaled in the above action.
2 bikers went down, one suffered a broken arm the other broken ribs and punctured lung. There may have been a 3rd.
Plus some local throwing bottles of oil onto the dragon, around some pretty dangerous corners. The biker that broke his arm hit one of the oil spots.
