I was at the Pre-Historics yesterday. Nice weather. Lots of great race cars. It is going to be really fun next weekend. Here are a few pics.

I had no idea people were actually on the track the weekend before. That car your brother is driving is beautiful. thanks for sharing, see you up there!

 

Yes they have practice and preraces. It isn't advertised but there were a few spectators and a few Minis there. Here is my brother and the car's owner setting up the car before the prerace.

The Monte Mini replica is actually Don Racine's car (from MiniMania). It will be driven next weekend by Nick Swift from the UK who has won a few British Saloon championships.

Right you are as we can see from the decals on that car. Here is Cindi's car.

Nick came by and said hello and told us a funny story about being talked to by a track marshal for passing a Ferrari. He is quite quick in the Mini.
