Any East bay or Nor Cal Mini people doing the "Run to the Sea" on Sat. Sept. 9Th.? Maybe we could meet somewhere and convoy down.

 

Thank goodness someone's paying attention . I'll spread this around the site. We are not going to go to Jackson on the 10th either its the Palo Alto Meet. I'll be there! Want to get breakfast before the run?

Actually the real reason I don't know is that my wife owns the schedule, and she's at work.

Breakfast sounds good Larry. Where and what time? We should probably figure on getting to palo Alto about 8:30. They start sending cars out at 9:00. So maybe breakfast at 7:00? 6:30? Not sure how long it takes to get to Palo Alto.

 

We should probably aim for 630. Somewhere in the eastbay? Alices would be to close to start time I think. I'll check the streets and maps resturant list.

 

There's a Denny's on Marina in San Leandro just off the freeway. Alice's sounds good but may have trouble getting served in time to make the run. There's Val's as well. Or there's a Carrow's at the bottom of A street in Hayward. Mass produced stuff but at that hour anything tastes good

 

I just checked Val's opens at 630 am. IT WORKS FOR ME! Anyone else want to join us? Take the center street exit off of 580 in Castro Valley head south about 1 mile to the "Y" intersection at "B" and "Kelly" streets. Be there at 630 Saturday morning . We will leave there by 730am so lets us know if your coming. The British Car Meet will be sending cars out from El Camino Park in Palo Alto between 830 and 1030. This is just north of University on El Camino. The drive will end at Camroons in Half Moon Bay.

Well Bill and LarryP and Carol can't make breakfast Saturday. So if anyone shows up at Val's your on your own to get to The Run To The Sea. I've got to work some O.T. and Carols cars paint is still curing. So you guys behave and represent NORCAL . Ill be at Stanford Shopping Center a little before 8am on Sunday for the show .
