JOIN US FOR A MINI SERVICE CLINIC AND LEAP INTO THE SEAT OF THE ALL-NEW MINI ROADSTER.

Join us as we host a MINI Service Clinic and help us welcome the newest MINI family member--MINI Roadster. Motor on down to East Bay MINI for our Service Clinic and to motor in the all-new MINI roadster. We will be giving out some cool MINI swag to EVERYONE that test drives the MINI Roadster and an exclusive service discount to those who attend our service clinic.

During our service clinic we will answer all your MINI questions, offer a how-to-session for MINI technology features (bluetooth, navigation, etc.) and any other features you would like explained. We will be offering a limited amount of FREE world class inspections the day of the clinic. Hurry, to reserve an appointment for a FREE world class inspection, call Rich at 925-251-7062. I had a good time looking at all the new and old mini's and sat in the new coupe and roadster. My son and I had a burger and waited for the free inspection of Yoda to be completed. They actually found that the drive belt is frayed so I made an appointment to have that fixed ASAP.

Also picked up some cool free swag

 

The bag of swag was cool, Sirena and I got a bag as well. By the time we got our bag o swag there were a lot of ladies helping themselves to them instead of waiting for Kelly to help them. The stuff inside the bags was pretty awesome though.
I was the second one out in the Roadster Cooper S, it was a lot of fun to drive. Very peppy, HK sound system had quite a kick with the speakers just behind the two seats, and the convertible aspect was a lot of fun. While driving I noticed the rear wing would raise up until I stopped completely and would go back down.
East Bay Mini puts on an event just about every month, last one was Burton Snow board girls came through and the SF Clam Chowder Mobile was serving lunch.
Can't wait to see what next month brings.

Glad you got Yoda checked out, Sirena's MCS is brand new, not even 2k miles yet, so the inspection imo would have been pointless.

Sorry I didn't meet up with you, next time we will have to leave a picture posted to know who to look for.

I didn't take the drive in the coupe but it sounds like it was fun. I guess they had more people then they expected since they ran out of bags of swag. I was wearing a blue Mini hat and had my son with me. We probably saw each other and didn't know it.

I'm glad we have a dealership like this and can't wait for more events.

 

I had a great time too. Loved the bag o' swag and especially the hat - now I can take off my Miata hat (I just switched about too months ago).

I took off before I got to drive the roadster since it was getting late, but I have a convertible. It would have been nice to chat, or perhaps we did.

I look forward to next month.
