I didn't go for the stripes. After seeing how beautiful the front end looked in Silk Green with all that chrome, I decided it didn't need anything more. I recently saw a pic of a SG/Black, with black stripes. Not a good look, IMO. I'm happy with the exterior mods I've done so far: S2000 stubby antenna, clear/chrome side markers and clear tail lamps. I'm waiting for my HARMINI plates to come in to complete the look.

 

I'll prepare the new thread tonight so we can finally get this going.

 

I have the white top. Everytime someone looks at the car, they always give positive feedback about the silk green.

Same here, I get lots of positive feedback about the silk green, and they cant understand why MINI is discontinuing it!
