To sum it up...we really don't like living in Florida any longer for one. Not much to do if you're into outdoors, unless you love the beach and fishing. Plus roads in SW Florida are to straight and flat...also, I am originally from Salem and my family lives in Londonderry now and my wife and I have a 7 month old son and we want to be closer to family. Plus my wifes family are in CT. We want our son to grow up the way we grew up and experience the same things we did. thanks Austen.

 

Thumbs up to you guys. I know FL is great to visit, especially South Beach, but I could not live with the boring arrow straight roads. There are some really good roads up here, as I am sure you are aware. I'm in Pelham, couple of the guys are also in southern NH.

Thanks guys. Yeah I am missing the roads up there. I also have a couple Harleys as well, so it will be really great to actually ride or drive again. Now just have to find myself some employment and other things but it's all for the best.

I have been working in Civil Engineering land development/Environmental Engineering for my career but leaving my options open for a change as well.

 

I don't know of anything at the moment; job market up here is tight. Will be certain to keep my ears out for you though.

 

Thanks! Yeah I have been looking back up there for the past 4 years. I was laid off down here in Nov 2008 and just got a job here back in March. I have a few things lined up but nothing for sure until I am there in person.

 

I was laid off last year from a head Buyer/Planning position and ended up getting a job at a credit union as a CSR. Still looking, but happy that I have some sort of income.

 

Yeah it has been rough out there in the job market.

On another note, looking at your signature picture, looks like we used to have the same R56s. After getting back up there, I am going to wish I still had it instead of my R60. I only got my R60 because of my son. The car seat didn't fit well in the back seat of the R56. I had a 2010 Pepper White/Black MCS before.

 

Very cool man. Mine is a '07 MCS, converted to JCW in '10. I am entertaining the idea of trading/selling her though.
